2. Digital Product Nature

All items sold on ReelsBundle.online are non-physical, digital downloads — including video bundles, templates, and curated content kits. No physical items are shipped.

Once a bundle is purchased and access is provided via Google Drive or any other delivery method, it cannot be returned, and access cannot be revoked. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on completed digital orders.

3. No Refund Policy

By purchasing from ReelsBundle.online, you agree that:

  • ✅ All sales are final

  • 🚫 No refunds or exchanges will be given after delivery

  • ❌ Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse

4. Exceptions (Rare Cases Only)

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional situations:

  • 📥 Download Failure: If you're unable to download the product despite multiple attempts and our support team cannot resolve the issue

5. Request Process

To request support or a rare refund under the conditions above:

2️⃣ Include your order ID, email used for purchase, and a detailed explanation of the issue (with screenshots or screen recordings if possible)
3️⃣ Allow us up to 3–5 business days to review your case and respond

We may, at our discretion, issue a replacement download link or a full/partial refund.

6. No Chargebacks Allowed

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks are considered a violation of our terms and may result in account access restrictions.

7. License Revocation

If a refund is approved:

  • Your license to use the bundle is immediately revoked

  • You must delete all copies of the product from your devices

  • You may not use, distribute, or edit the content in any way going forward
